Founders:

Cummings has over 15 years of senior-level domestic and international experience in startups, general and operational management, business development and finance. Sokoloff has over 30 years experience in all aspects of the investment field, including investment banking, commercial banking, hedge fund management, private equity and venture capital.

Kiril Sokoloff is President and Founder of 13D Research, Inc. and co-founder of Healthsearches.org, an Internet healthcare company. 13D Research Inc., founded in 1983, is an independent institutional investment research firm that has a worldwide following. Sokoloff provided the original financing for Bluespan, and in the course of his career has been involved in every aspect of finance, including commercial banking, investment banking, hedge fund management, private equity and venture capital. Sokoloff is the author of five investment books and writes a weekly newsletter for his clients entitled What I Learned This Week. |

Bruce Cummings brings extensive domestic and international experience in startup, development,
management and finance stages for both public and private businesses. Cummings specializes in the
high technology, manufacturing and public service fields, and brings more than 15 years of
experience in growth and turnaround ventures. Previously, Cummings worked as founder and chief
executive officer of Rad-X, and as vice president of business development for Fourthstage
Technologies. Cummings earned undergraduate degrees in physics from the State University of New
York and nuclear engineering from the University of Arizona. He earned his masters in marketing
from Syracuse University. Cummings currently holds three patents for the development of
next-generation aerosol monitoring technology. He continues to be active in the venture capital
community, consulting to many technology startups. Cummings also sits on multiple boards for
pioneer and emerging companies in the technology sector.
