Please Register Your ionKids Product

Please take a minute and register your ionKids product with Bluespan. To register please provide us with your email address, serial number from the BASE UNIT and the date of purchase. By registering your purchase you will be assured of obtaining any repairs that may be needed during the warranty period and you can elect to be informed of updates and improvements to the ionKids products. Please note that Bluespan does not share any of your information with anyone outside of our company (with the exception of our call center and order processing partners) so you will not receive unsolicited emails, phone calls or mail as a result of your registration.

To find the serial number of your Base Unit follow the instructions below:

1. Turn on the Base Unit
2. Press the MENU button (top button on the right hand side)
3. Scroll to the CONTRAST choice.
4. Press the MENU button again
5. Find the Serial Number at the bottom of the screen.

Please see the photo below for an example of what the CONTRAST screen looks like. In this example the serial number (SN) is 100601. The other information is the Software Revision Date (09/03/04) and the Hardware Version (2).
